INFANT CLOTHING: (size 0 - 24 months)

Consignors may bring 25 clothing items per
size, per gender for sizes 0 - 24 months:

|
|
Each consignor may bring:
|
|
3 months: 25 clothing items for Girls
+ 25 clothing items for Boys
|
|
6 months: 25 clothing items for Girls
+ 25 clothing items for Boys
|
|
9 months: 25 clothing items for Girls
+ 25 clothing items for Boys
|
|
12 months: 25 clothing items for Girls + 25
clothing items for Boys
|
|
18 months: 25 clothing items for Girls + 25
clothing items for Boys
|
|
24 months: 25 clothing items for Girls + 25
clothing items for Boys
|
|
|
|
(Note: Clothing bundled together as a set with
one price tag, counts as 'one' item of clothing.)

|
|
Please be sure to bring your clothing sorted
by size & gender so that our inspectors can quickly check-in your
items.
|
|
Consignors with unsorted clothing will be
asked to take their items back & return when they are
sorted.
|
|
|
|
There is no limit on Girls' clothing sizes
2T - 16,
|
|
and Boys' clothing sizes 2T - 20.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
SHOES:
|
|
|
|
Consignors may bring 10 pair of
previously-worn shoes, per gender.
|
|
|
|
Each consignor may bring:
|
|
10 pair of previously-worn Girls shoes + 10
pair of previously-worn Boys shoes
|
|
|
|
There is no limit on NEW shoes that have NEVER
BEEN WORN.
|
|
(Consignors may bring any number of NEW shoes
in addition to the 10-pair/per gender rule above.)
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
MATERNITY CLOTHING:
|
|
|
|
Maternity clothing will *not* be accepted at
the Spring 2012 sale.
|
|
We *will* accept all other Maternity items
such as Maternity belts, etc.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
MOM SPOT ITEMS:
|
|
(items for grown-ups)
|
|
|
|
Mom-Spot items are limited to a total of 10 items
per consignor.
|
|
|
|
All Mom-Spot items must have a minimum price of
$6.00

VHS tapes will *not* be accepted at the Spring

& style -or- is part of a set with shorts)

Lightweight pants & leggings

spring/summer colors, weight & style -or- is part of a set with a
short-sleeve top; NO Jeans)

Capri's (denim capri's
are okay)

Lightweight
jackets (must be spring/summer colors, weight
& style)

PRINTED ON TAGS ***

|
Sorting our consignors 'unsold' items at the end of the
sale requires much time, energy and manpower.
|
|
In an effort to streamline this process, any tags
printed for the Spring 2012 sale (and going forward) will now have a
"Resort" number automatically printed in the LOWER RIGHT CORNER of each tag.
|
|
This is the number you will need to know when you come
to pick up your items.
|
|
|
|
Note that any tags printed for PRIOR SALES, will not
have the correct "Resort" number.
|
|
To correct this, when you log-in to work with your
inventory, you will see the option to "Print Resort Labels".
|
|
You can then use these labels to place in the lower
right corner of all tags you are bringing that may have been printed for prior
sales.
|
|
|
|

It is new for all of us, but will mean a huge
improvement in the labor required in handling your unsold items.

"DONATED" if they do not sell

All CLOTHING items must have a

(you may hang or bundle more
than one item together to get to the $2.00 minimum if necessary)

All OTHER ITEMS must have a minimum price

Single word descriptions like: "toy" or
"shirt" or "book" will not be accepted.
|
|
|
|
Include specific info like: brand, color, or how many
pieces are included
|
|
Include anything that will help us determine
which item goes with which tag in the event a tag falls off.
|
|
|
|
EXAMPLE:
|
|
YES: 2pc Ralph Lauren s/s shirt shorts boys blue
green
|
|
NO: shirt + shorts
|
|
|
|
Handwritten info on tags will not be accepted/honored.
|
|
If you make any changes to your tag's info in the
online tag system, you MUST reprint a new tag.
|
|
|
|
TAGS ARE CHECKED WHEN CUSTOMERS PAY
FOR THEIR ITEMS
|
|
We will not sell an item that does not accurately match the
description of its tag.
|
|
This is for our consignor's protection - please be
specific in your tag descriptions!
